Recently, Siplus Semiconductor has reached a bulk repeat purchase cooperation with a leading domestic manufacturer of silicon carbide (SiC) substrates. Large quantities of precision equipment have been delivered to the customer’s production line in batches.

The customer is a top-tier company in China’s SiC substrate sector. Since introducing the first batch of Siplus equipment for mass production verification last year, the company has met the customer’s stringent requirements in processing accuracy, batch stability, and breakage rate control. Production yield and overall efficiency have been significantly improved. Based on the excellent performance of the initial equipment, the customer decided to place a bulk follow‑up order, selecting Siplus as one of the core equipment suppliers for its capacity expansion project.

This bulk delivery marks a key transition for Siplus equipment in leading SiC substrate production lines – from “verification through initial introduction” to “repeat bulk ordering.” In the future, Siplus will continue to deepen its core processes of slicing, grinding, and polishing, providing more advanced equipment and process solutions for substrate manufacturing and advanced packaging.
